Missions Trips

Grace Baptist has sent missionary groups, comprised of both youth and adults, to various nations around the world on short-term mission trips. Past mission trips include Nova Scotia, Canada; Lebedin and Odessa, Ukraine; Romania; India; Tanzania; Philadephia and New Orleans.  We not only want to support missions financially, but want to be engaged in our missionaries lives and work from Canton and joining with them as God allows.

Both teen mission teams will be going through a series of traininng sessions that will not only prepare them for these trips but also long term ministry practices wherever God may lead them.  As missions trips are ongoing we often try to give updates on this websites for family and prayer partners.

2011 Missions Emphasis Week

April 3-10 will feature Missions Empahsis week at Grace Baptist.  We are looking forward to some exciting opportunities to learn, pray and be stirred about God's plan for each of us in spreading His Gospel message.  Watch our website for more details.  We are looking forward to welcoming Joe & Esther Keim of Missions to Amish Peoples on April 3rd (www.mapministry.org) and Nate and Heather Wolf on April 10th.  During the week we are planning different gatherings of men and women for ministry activity and times of fellowship.  A highlight will be our Wednesday evening when we all will be going on a Missions Adventure, exploring different countries and cultures throughout our building.
